Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
OUR PRAYER!
Heavenly Father I come before you as a humble servant placing before your throne those who are seeking your truth. I plead Lord you will fill them with courage that they may be strong when the enemy brings before them his subtleties, temptations, admonitions, brutalities. These will come in the form of rebuttals, criticism, rejections, and most of all distractions. I ask Father for your intercession and strengthening that they may go through these future days with courage knowledge discernment and understanding of your promise that not one hair on our head will be harmed if we walk in His Laws. This I pray in the name of Yeshua Amen and Amen.
COMMENTARY!
Moses assures Israel of the constant presence of God with them. This is applied by the apostle to all God’s spiritual Israel, to encourage their faith and hope; unto us is this gospel preached, as well as unto them; he will never fail thee, nor forsake thee, Hebrews 13:5.
Those shall speed well, who have God with them; therefore they ought to be of good courage. Through God let us do valiantly, for through him we shall do victoriously; if we resist the devil, he will flee from us.
