Today I received a disturbing message about the condition of today’s Assemblies and the Ecclesia within. In the guest message, I hear a Man of God praying for unity in the Ecclesia.
Here is his posting, but before I share it, I pondered if all involved realize their true position in this plea? What consequences they face if they continue holding their position?
This is Pastor Robert Woodward’s post of January 25th 2023. Father as we come into the closing hour of this paradymn strengthen the Baptist to lift up the Pentecostal, and the Pentecostal to lift up the Methodist, and the Methodist the Nazarene Father until in unity all that are called by your name have lifted each other… Jesus stated, A HOUSE DIVIDED CAN NOT STAND…. in Jesus name we stand together..
As I pondered this appeal and the prayer the Lord brought forward this scripture as it is not a modern day problem. 1 Corinthians 3:1-4 NKJV – And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. ² I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it, and even now you are still not able; ³ for you are still carnal. For where there are envy, strife, and divisions among you, are you not carnal and behaving like mere men? ⁴ For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” are you not carnal?
Now, discernment brings me to consider these individuals’ words are placing them in a position of carnality. Contentions and quarrels about interpretations are sad evidence of carnality. True religion makes men peaceable, not contentious.
But it is to be lamented that many who should walk as Christians live and act too much like other men. Many professors and preachers also show themselves to be yet carnal, by vain-glorious strife, eagerness for dispute, and readiness to despise and speak evil of others
Paul and Apollos both were faithful ministers of Jesus Christ and helpers of their faith and joy; but those disposed to be contentious broke into parties. So liable are the best things to be corrupted, and the gospel and its institutions made engines of discord and contention. Satan has always endeavored to stir up strife among Christians as one of his chief devices against the gospel.
Here is an example of what Satan is possibly using as a flash point to create division amongst the Ecclesia. The young man’s name is William, and he holds strong opinions of his position in Salvation. There is no pre-tribulation rapture…nowhere is that written in the Word.
I believe those that are chosen to be raptured and caught up in the clouds will be refined like gold, and you have to put gold through the fire seven times before you can refine it…hence seven years of tribulation.
The very best of us will be tested, and it is written that God himself will send a delusion into the world so strong that even the elect might be deceived. (The concept of a great awakening is bullshit)
Any preacher that holds to and preaches about concepts not defined in the Bible is by definition unbiblical, If any Christian holds to things not written in the Bible, and gets offended when you ask them where in the Bible that is stated pray for that person because they are deceived.
Just because the big man in the dress wearing the funny fish hat says it’s OK, doesn’t mean Jesus Christ approves of his view on our duties as Christians.
We as a society do change, Our views on things may soften on certain subjects, but be not mistaken that God never changes he has never changed and his views on sin have not moved one single millimetre just because contemporary preachers with soft baby hands and little round mouths tell us that quite simply ‘God is love’ (explain hell with that mentality)
God loves mankind, he does not love their sin…of any shade
Just because somebody is a nice person, does their best to not offend anybody and speaks with a soft tone of voice does not make them biblically correct. Sometimes the person that loves you the most is gonna say something to you that is gonna cut you to the bone, and it takes somebody with guts who truly loves you to muster the courage to do such a thing to their friend out of love.
I don’t ever want to be right about anything, I don’t ever wanna know something other people don’t know, and I don’t wanna tell anybody how to live their lives-
But as for me and my house, we will follow the Lord Jesus Christ and we will to the best of our abilities uphold the commandments of the God of Israel, Abraham and Isaac.
I may be a gentile, but I have the blood on the door posts of my home and I am not ashamed of my Lord and I never will be
-Your homeboy in Christ,
Brother Willis
I furnished my response and prayed it is fashioned as a reply and received not as a challenge to William’s beliefs.
Strong words, equally strong belief. Question over the time I have shared the word, with you, has there been a time I spoke what you perceived a lie or false leading? You are right the word Rapture does not appear in scripture. However William our times of tribulation and turmoil during our life’s journey is the firing of the silver and gold purification. What many hope for is a Salvation based on escaping God’s wrath and participating in the comforts of heaven. What they lack. However William is the true heart of salvation. You see our trials and tribulations are really the purifying process preparing God’s children for service in His army to be with him on his return to do the battle of Armageddon prior to His 1000 year reign. Yeshua’s recruits are described here 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 KJV
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: [17] Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Man has created the word Rapture to accommodate those wanting to avoid God’s wrath. However, for those who have a heart to serve 1Thessolonians is a call to prepare ones self over this life time to be lifted out to become a part of Yeshua’s army. We are taught to be patient for Yeshua’s return be prepared this is again re-enfored here Matthew 24:30-31 KJV
And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. [31] And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Be one of those 5 bridesmaids whose lamps were full and had additional oil to be able to greet the Lord when he calls us to serve. William if you read the first three chapters of Revelation the prepared church is there. From the fourth chapter there is no further mention of the church until Yeshua’s return with his army to fight the battle of Armageddon. I wote about those who take salvation with the mind set of escaping God’s wrath and those who take salvation to prepare. In our personal lifetime we are faced with that choice whether to escape our Lord’s wrath or serve our Lord as our King the bottom line it’s your decision along with the consequences. Blessings my friend.
This example is how, as brothers and sister’s we can overcome Satan’s handiwork of dividing. Remembering, not to enter into a strife mode but one of providing how I have concluded through Scripture my position. My goal is to share that and allow the individual to determine how they chose to believe now having both interpretations.
Far too often believers will hold their interpretation as the only one when in Scripture we are shown the disciples revealed to Yeshua there was one teaching not as they had learned and Yeshua stated he was of the Lord.
We must remember that Satan uses our ignorance of God’s law to divide us. In doing so he uses strife. Yeshua spoke of this Luke 22:24-26 KJV
And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. [25] And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors. [26] But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.

Robert a humble obedient servant to Yeshua and his Father in heaven Yahewa.
