1 Corinthians 2:13-14 KJV
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. [14] But the natural man receiveth, not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

When men take more pains to seem religious than really to be so, it is a sign their religion is in vain. Not bridling the tongue, readiness to speak of the faults of others, or to lessen their wisdom and piety, are signs of a vain religion.

The man who has a slandering tongue, cannot have a truly humble, gracious heart. The false believer may be known by their impurity and uncharitableness.

The spiritual life is protected by Divine grace from the temptations of Satan, which are as the snares of the fowler, and from the contagion of sin, which is a noisome pestilence. Psalms 91:3
3) Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

True religion teaches us to do everything as in the presence of God. An unspotted life must go with unfeigned love and charity. Our true religion is equal to the measure in which these things have place in our hearts and conduct. And let us remember, that nothing avails in Christ Jesus, but faith that works by love, purifies the heart, subdues carnal lusts, and obeys God’s commands. Having the first commandment front and center means a 100% effort, which is always trusting in God standing with God in all things and demonstrating your uniqueness as a distinct follower to the Gentiles of God’s power and faithfulness. All true Christians are a chosen generation; they make one family, a people distinct from the world: of another spirit, principle, and practice; which they could never be if they were not chosen in Christ to be such and sanctified by his Spirit. I ponder if this scripture applies here James 1:7-8 KJV For let, not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord. [8] A double-minded man is unstable in all his ways.

My question to those who are turning to the world’s wisdom and science. “What scripture do you use as part of your justification to sidestep God’s wisdom in 1Corinthians 2:14 But the natural man receiveth, not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them because they are spiritually discerned.

Let’s recognize in this situation we are seeing Satan’s christ being put on display and his subtlety being applied in defence of trusting in science, rather than God.

Two points of interest, the rationale being presented that God is using physicians, bodes well for the false christ as a duplicate, having no true healing powers. So, it makes sense to have outside assistance to proclaim having that gift. Please note: the healings being offered are not complete, some are considered victories because the trauma is in remission, and in some cases, there are no victories. Luke 8:43 KJV
And a woman having an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed. Satan knowing the multitudes recognize all things are possible through God, uses this belief to perpetuate his lies and ongoing delusion.

The second point has two parts, first, we know God recognizes man’s wisdom as foolishness which would make it an enmity to him and certainly he would not union himself to it. 1 Corinthians 3:19
[19]For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.

The second is based in Scripture showing when God heals it is complete there is no reoccurrence. Matthew 9:20,22 KJV
And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: [22] But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

The next point reveals who does the healing. When Yeshua walked among the world physically healing he told us it was all through His Father in heaven. John 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which has sent me.

Now, as well He told us we would do the same and even greater. John 14:12 KJV
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

I remind the multitudes who are following Saul’s footprints into disobedience. Think, is it because you’re concerned about what other believers’ thoughts of you will be; has that become your platform of reasoning. Then you, like Saul, in choosing to follow science, are in disobedience to the first commandment. And will as scripture states continue suffering in God’s wrath, as Saul did.

1 Samuel 15:22-23 KJV
And Samuel said, Hath the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. [23] For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, he hath also rejected thee from being king.

If we flatter ourselves, it is our own fault; the truth, as it is in Jesus, flatters no man. Let the word of truth be carefully attended to, and it will set before us the corruption of our nature, the disorders of our hearts and lives; and it will tell us plainly what we are. James 1:23 KJV For if any be a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

It is said today’s man when faced with his mortality, turns to the world’s sorcery and potions until they are exhausted and then out of fear of death, turns to God in misguided hope He will fix it and only reap what they have sown. Not discerning what they have called upon themselves. James 1:26 KJV If any man among you seems to be religious, and bridleth, not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain. More than ever this scripture is ringing loud and clear.

May our Father in heaven and His Son Yeshua bless all with Grace and Peace!
