It shows the Lord is using his servants and leaders to call all His children back to the flock out of all forms of sin. Yeshua is making it quite clear there is a consequence to rejecting his call.
He is calling those caught in the delusion that in their minds they are righteous and walking with God even remaining still attached to the world claiming to be a distinct believer.
We will hear how they are locked in sin and may not realize it or understand it and rebuke the truth. Which we will hear becomes a fatal mistake.
