All of you are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Matthew 5:13
PRE-AMBLE by Robert
In nine words, Yeshua, while delivering the beatitudes described the real leaders of the world. In this release, we will find the formula it takes to understand what savour of Salt we are. There will be information to inspire all to search, all to
recognize in one form or another we as God’s children having the light and the truth are Leaders identified by Yeshua as such.
It will be revealed what hill we stand on, what part will be played within the city which is on the hill. Shown how far our light from the candle which has been lit will shine into the darkness, instead of holding it idle, so no one can see the light of it.
In this release, we will find the level of effectiveness we are as a leader, identified by Yeshua in Matt.5:13. Leadership comes with the acceptance of the position and through knowledge and understanding of how to demonstrate it. Once we embrace the gifts within Salvation, it then becomes our duty to learn what they offer and how to properly use them. This is the working out of our Salvation learning to demonstrate the indwelling of Yeshua, being like Salt, which releases it’s savouring when applied.
OPENING PRAYER by Robert
You have heard our pleas for mercy and divine justice Father. You have brought us
to drink of the Living Water, filled us with wisdom in preparation to stand under your banner as warriors, against sin. In development for the battles to come. You have blessed us with discernment and understanding of how to use your gifted wisdom during our moulding and reshaping, in dealing with the chastisements and temptations placed before us. We thank thee O Lord, for your patience, love and compassion during this process. Through your placing of knowledge, awaken the savour of our words so they may season as you have desired. We pray this in the name of Yeshua, Amen and Amen.
OPENING STATEMENT by Robert
Who, in our world, today recognizes one of God’s leaders? I’m not talking about those standing at the pulpit spewing their teachings into the crowds gathered to be entertained and filled with the current teachings.
Yeshua identified who the real leaders are, in the beatitudes, if I recall correctly it was nine words, He used, which identified all of us, who have received His gift of Salvation.

Many within this group of believers are unable to recognize what constitutes a leader. Most do not believe they can be a leader nor understand, how, if I follow the teachings within the beatitudes can be that leader?
What does a leader look like? How do we identify a leader? Doesn’t a leader stand out in the crowd, as well hold exceptional wisdom? Can a leader be humble, meek and still hold the attention of people, shouldn’t they be bold and outstanding?
When I read the scriptures, the leaders of the past were exceptional men and women filled with wisdom, knowledge and discernment able to answer the pressing questions of life at that time? Were they not able to speak with authority and charisma drawing the people to them? Were they not people of profound courage who were able to stand before the crowds without fear of persecution? I see these as the Salt Yeshua speaks of.
What of the second part of how Yeshua describes the Salt is that how many see themselves, without savour, flat, useless and ready to be discarded and trodden on by the world. In your questions, this is what you are describing a Salt with no savour. A people filled with fear and doubt, afraid to step forward, declaring Yeshua as their Saviour.
I have reached out to Spiros Zodhiates, Th.D. (1922-2009) who I believe the Lord touched deeply to translate and comment on the Greek interpretations.

“Blessedness is not static but progressive. This progress depends upon the fulfillment of the conditions set down in these Beatitudes: (1) “The poor in spirit…” (ptochois) indicates a “helpless” person as opposed to (penes) which means “poor, but able to help oneself.” The first step toward blessedness is a realization of one’s own spiritual helplessness. (2) ” They that mourn,” are those who sorrow for their sins and the sins of others. (3) The “meek,” ones are willing to see themselves as they really are. This concept they have of themselves is evidenced in their submission to God and His Word. As well as in dealing with others. (4) “They which do hunger” from the Greek, (hoi peineomntes) could be better rendered: the hungering ones.” this indicates a constant and recurrent satisfaction with God’s righteousness, the nourishment received from being filled is expended in

hungering anew for another filling. (“Come Dine With Me”) (5) The “merciful” is characterized by a caring attitude for those who are in misery. They take the heartaches of others and make them their own. (6) “Purity of heart” can only be acquired through the continuous cleansing that believers experience when they have fulfilled the previous conditions of blessedness. the purer a person becomes, the more clearly he can see God. (“Eyes of Faith“). (7) A “peacemaker” is not simply someone who tries to stop the feuding between nations and people. It is a believer that has experienced the peace of God and who brings that peace to his fellow human beings. (Beauty of Holiness) (8) Being “persecuted for righteousness’ sake” causes a person to reach the highest level of the satisfaction of blessedness.
This blessedness begins the very moment that a person believes in Yeshua for Salvation. This is demonstrated by the fact the promises concerning the kingdom of heaven in verses three and ten are in the present tense. While in this life, one may enjoy the results of implementing these truths, the ultimate condition of blessedness will be experienced in heaven. (An actual demonstration of leadership)
We have had all of the previous questions answered plus more. How can anyone following and believing in Yeshua and Salvation not recognize with this information, they are a leader as described by “Yeshua” in the Beatitudes?
CLOSING PRAYER by Robert
I have taken from Psalms 32:5-11 to lay before God’s throne as an appropriate prayer.
Heavenly Father, I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and my iniquity have I not hid. I said I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD, and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters, they shall not come nigh unto him.
Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which has no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about. Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
In the name of your Son Yeshua, we pray Amen and Amen.
CLOSING STATEMENT by Robert
Leadership begins the very moment we believe in Yeshua for Salvation. Our search

for additional information about the gifts within Salvation set us apart from the world. At this point, the direction we choose is in our hands. Will we be savoury Salt, or Salt to be discarded and trod upon.
Leadership is a choice only we can make. Let’s break it down so we can understand what has been shown to us. You will find there are two choices to be chosen from. But, only one identifies a leader in Yeshua’s definitions and eyes, the other is unsavoury and will be discarded.
To further emphasize it is our decision which savours of Salt we will choose to be, in closing I reached out to Matthew Henry (1662 – 1774) for additional comment. “ Christ had lately called his disciples and told them that they should be fishers of men here he tells them further what he designed them to be–the salt of the earth, and lights of the world, that they might be indeed what it was expected they should be. I. Ye are the salt of the earth. This would encourage and support them

under their sufferings, which, though they should be treated with contempt, yet they should really be blessings to the world, and the more so for their suffering thus. The prophets, who went before them, were the salt of the land of Canaan but the apostles were the salt of the whole earth, for they must go into all the world to preach the gospel. It was a discouragement to them that they were so few and so weak. What could they do in so large a province as the whole earth? Nothing, if they were to work by force of arms and dint of sword but, being to work silent as salt, one handful of that salt would diffuse its savour far and wide would go a great way, and work insensibly and irresistibly as leaven, Matthew 13:33. The doctrine of the gospel is as salt it is penetrating, quick, and powerful (Hebrews 4:12) it reaches the heart Acts 2:37. It is cleansing, it is relishing, and preserves from putrefaction. We read of the savour of the knowledge of Christ (2 Corinthians 2:14) for all other learning is insipid without that. An everlasting covenant is called a covenant of salt (Numbers 18:19) and the gospel is an everlasting gospel.”
Without Salt, like a meal, there is no flavour, with Salt it is full of flavour. Those who are on the mountain, casting nets, or sharing their light are spreading their leadership far and wide just as Salt diffuses its savour. Blessed are those who hear and obey, without fear, these are the Leaders the nine words from Yeshua described, I pray you are one of them filled with savour and not of the downtrodden, Salt with no Savour.

Remember, these messages are given by a humble servant obedient unto our Lord Yeshua as a Watchman. This I pray for all. ”Our Heavenly Father brings us to the river which bringeth forth fruit so we may partake of its sustenance and be filled spiritually with nurturing wisdom, and humble dedication in service to Yeshua. “Blessings to All.” As you go forward in peace, knowledge, and strength.
