When I look at this young man leading the way and the little flock following him. Suggests, how unimportant the size of the following is. I can see there is a sincere thought process going on in his mind. On further observation, you can see the depth of the bonding between this little flock and their leader. Bonding is important as there cannot be any bonding if there is no trust, and with trust comes integrity which is a group of binding cords in any group, small or large. We must be careful not to bring a personal agenda into the group as it brings forward a spirit of confusion and distraction eliminating trust. I bring forward a group of verses to ponder during your day.
Ephesians 4:3-6 CSB
making every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. [4] There is one body and one Spirit just as you were called to one hope at your calling- [5] one Lord, one faith, one baptism, [6] one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.
