“OH” YEA OF LITTLE FAITH”?
PRE-AMBLE by Robert
I have fielded the following question. Why are you not wearing a mask? Well is it because I’m a rebel or troublemaker, or anti authority, none of these apply to my stance and position.
My stand is on a spiritual level within my walk with Yeshua. It boils down to understanding the scriptures, which state I am protected from plagues if I dwell with the Lord. Then it becomes clear if I don’t have the virus then I am unable to spread it.
The second part of this whole situation boils down to fear, fear of death fear of judgment, fear of how society will see me, fear of etc. It can go on and on endlessly.
Those who are believers or non-believers abiding in fear are under the grasp of Satan, his lies and deceptions. One appealing to human compassion offering only peace of mind, nothing else. Perhaps bringing to life Romans 1:22 Believing they are wise they become fools.
Someone said, then you are not looking after your neighbour as we are led to do. My reply, you are wrong, I am, looking out for my neighbour. As a follower who is abiding in the teachings, I am demonstrating you should not fear, however as well not tempt our Father either.
Walking in belief and heavenly wisdom is not a doorway to being contemptuous, believing we are above reproach and don’t need to be vigilant about our surroundings, those within them and the present dangers that avail.
It is here where the importance of separating from the world and the evil within becomes, clear and significant. If we are journeying through the world as it is, then being a Pilgrim becomes, as the world calls it being in a bubble. Separated yet utilizing the fare and many needs to sustain life. This point, many miss, as a believer abiding in the Lord, you will become a living demonstration of God’s promises and power waiting in obedience to do His bidding.
The question then is how? How can I be within the world physically, but separated? The answer is given in Psalms 91 “if we abide with God!”
How then do I achieve this? I am walking under Salvation and Grace as a believer. I am a human living in the world physically needing to sustain my family and my temple, how do I achieve that?
In order to recognize the many benefits associated with the call to abide in the Lord. I believe a clear common acceptable definition of what ABIDE means to all
abide
(əˈbaɪd)
v. a•bode a•bid•ed, a•bid•ing. v.i.
- to remain; stay:Abide with me.
- to have one’s abode; dwell; reside.
- to continue in a particular condition; last; endure.
v.t.
- to put up with; tolerate; stand:I can’t abide dishonesty!
- to endure or withstand without yielding:to abide a vigorous onslaught.
- to wait for; await:to abide the coming of the Lord.
- to accept without opposition or question:to abide the verdict of the judge.
- abide by,
- to comply with; submit to:to abide by the court’s decision.
- to remain faithful to; keep:to abide by a promise.
This common ground brought forward with the definition provides a reasonable base to work from, acknowledging, to remain faithful in keeping our promise to God.
We should live, maintain and keep His Ten Commandments, as a template and map, of the narrow path we travel our life’s journey on, for it to bear fruit through our many demonstrations of faith, throughout our journey. As Yeshua calmed the wind and sea he stated “Oh” Ye of Little Faith!”
Now, knowing where to gain the information and knowledge, through the Holy
Spirit how to maintain being separated from the world, yet still able to use the resources for caring of our family and personal temple as provided by God.
OPENING STATEMENT by Robert
As a believer, do I then take a stand against the bylaws and laws of the land. “No”, As a Pilgrim even though detached from the world as a participant, I must conform to the world’s laws knowing full well, if I continue abiding with God. I am protected and can be an example, as the Lord desires to use me or have me testify.
Matthew 4:6-7 KJV
And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. [7] Jesus said unto him, it is written again, thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
The great thing Satan aims at, in tempting good people, is to overthrow their relation to God as a Father, and so to cut off their dependence on him, their duty to him, and their communion with him.
The good Spirit, as the Comforter of the brethren, witnesses that they are the children of God the evil spirit, as the accuser of the brethren, does all he can to shake that testimony. Satan would have us believe “We can’t be so heavenly minded that we’re no earthly good, it’s all about balance.”
Outward afflictions, wants and burdens, are the great arguments Satan uses to make the people of God question their sonship as if afflictions could not consist with, when really, they proceed from, God’s fatherly love.
They know how to answer this temptation, who can say with holy Job, Though he slay me, though he starve me, yet I will trust in him, and love him as a Friend, even when he seems to come forth against me as an Enemy sonship as if afflictions could not consist with, when really, they proceed from, God’s fatherly love.
The Devil aims to shake our faith in the word of God and bring us to question the truth of that. Thus, he began with our first parents Yea, has God said so and so? Surely, he has not.
So here, Has God said that thou art his beloved Son? Surely, he did not say so or if he did it is not true. We then give place to the Devil, when we question the truth of any word that God has spoken for his business, as the father of lies, is to oppose the true sayings of God.
The Devil carries on his designs very much by possessing people with hard thoughts of God, as if he were unkind, or unfaithful, and had forsaken or forgotten those who had ventured their all with him.
But see how unreasonable this suggestion was, and how easily answered, here he insinuates to our Saviour, that his Father had cast him off, and left him to shift for himself. But see how unreasonable this suggestion was, and how easily answered.
If Christ seemed to be a mere Man now, because he was hungry, why was he not confessed to be more than a Man, even the Son of God, when for forty days he fasted, and was not hungry? Matthew 4:11 Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
For Satan’s temptations to operate in the brethren, whereby causing them to question not their faith, but what our Lord has said would be ours if we abide with Him.
In causing doubt (questions) within the brethren, he is weakening the believer’s faith and doing so he presents the worlds science as wisdom and the substitute for God’s wisdom, creating as he did with Adam and Eve a separation from God and dependance on the world’s wisdom, wizardry, sorcery and his subtle lies.
The Devil is for nothing that is humbling, but everything that is assuming and gains his point, if he can but bring men off from their dependence upon God and possess them with an opinion of their self-sufficiency.
CLOSING STATEMENT by Robert
James 3:16 For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
Today’s society falls right into James 3:16 description, we have two factions disputing with each other over the pandemic encasing the world. Fear of death is the driver behind this current malady. What is becoming apparent is the depth of faith or lack of it.
Past articles have taught us, believers are vulnerable because they lack knowledge of the enemy and his tactics, in other words our ignorance of how important the Ten Commandments are to the Ecclesia as they journey.
One of the areas which identifies the weakness within the Ecclesia is not Abiding with the Lord. It appears accepting this simple solution of Abiding with God has come under question giving Satan the grounds to cause strife opening the door to confusion and every form of evil.
I remember our Lord, calling all His children back to His Law (Ten Commandments) I also heard as a refute, that we are not under the law. But now live under Grace having Salvation as our reconnection with God.
Well, here’s the bottom line on this article, it appears the Ten Commandments are a template for us to be continuously Abiding with the Lord. The Commandments appear to be a simple way of life and a very effective weapon against Satan as they are informative.
Yet it appears many do not follow all ten, they are familiar with them however are not making them the base or guide of their walk. The more I study them the more I begin to recognize how much heavenly wisdom it adds to my relationship with Yeshua and strengthens, deepens and fortifies my faith (trust) in the Father. Thus I am complying with His call to return to His law and finding that I’m abiding with him.

He who is our best friend and our head is advanced to the highest dignity and honour in heaven, and has gone before to secure to us the heavenly happiness and therefore we should seek and secure what he has purchased at so vast an expense, and is taking so much care about. We must live such a life as Yeshua lived here on earth and lives now in heaven, according to our capacities. Which will increase as we study the 10 commandments?
Remember I am only the messenger doing as my Father (Yahewa) has called me to do as a” Watchman” share His warnings to His children so they will know of His presence.
You should decide your position in this walk with our Father and His Son Yeshua. Blessings and Peace be before you as you journey. “The one who listens to you listens to Me, and the one who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects the One who sent Me” (Luke 10:16).
