“AS TIME PASSES!”

The person who tries to preserve his life will lose it, but the person who loses his life for me will preserve it.” Matthew 10:39

Today I give thanks for the very life which has been granted for one more day. Pondering the past, I recognize how little attention was paid to the fact there was another day to celebrate to be a part of in this time. So many like the youth of the day believe life is good and goes on forever.

It never occurred to me while going through life, I was being granted that life, one day at a time. It then came forward, how important my activity, towards my time in eternity, during each gifted day, would have so much effect on it. Did I wonder, how many of those days, had been squandered, being busy within each day, concerned about caring for the things which make being a part of the world possible?

In this article, the question, to ponder, is how does one make the best of each day and still create enough to sustain their family going forward? The Lord gives us an answer on how, as an individual, just passing through this world and not being a citizen, we can sustain our selves and families. You see, those who are faithful while seeking after righteousness will be cared for, and that is a promise. Matthew 6:33 But first be concerned about his kingdom and what has his approval. Then all these things will be provided for you.

The Father in heaven, I follow, believe in, love, and worship will never break a promise once given. It is ourselves who have doubts or are walking with a foot in the world and one in religiosity, which never works. Our commitment must be in7a446cce106ff738d3c0c678824496465266926968417422825.jpg Spirituality, being devoted to walking in our Saviours grace and devotion while being loved and cared for as part of His flock. Which, I declare I am one, who has chosen to live by faith. Knowing there will be a way for me to make the most of each day, I am blessed to be a part of it. Knowing I must make the most of it, towards my eternal life to come. Holding onto my faith to be cared for and provided for. As an example,

When they found him on the other side of the sea, they asked him, “Rabbi, when did you get here? Jesus replied to them, “I can guarantee this truth: You’re not looking for me because you saw miracles. You are looking for me because you ate as much of those loaves as you wanted. Don’t work for food that spoils. Instead, work for the food that lasts into eternal life. This is the food the Son of Man will give you. After all, the Father has placed his seal of approval on him.” John 6:25-27

Father, through our unwavering faith, we bow before your throne to place our sincere gratitude for all you have provided as sustenance for our families. We thank you, Lord, for deepening our faith and filling us with your wisdom to renounce the world. Bringing us the strength to demonstrate your love and compassion, that all might recognize your support. We ask you, Lord, for blessings to all who are doing your bidding in this walk of faith. This we pray in your name Yeshua, Amen, and Amen.

OPENING STATEMENT by Robert

We know the temptations of the world appear to have a stronghold on many who desire to walk with Yeshua. We also know to walk with our Lord we need to recognize and accept there is a difference in walking religiously and walking df58d53aa952b96f7de1a25bbde8af91812737729687057070.jpgSpiritually, Yeshua clarifies that in John 6:61-65,71. Jesus was aware that his disciples were criticizing his message. So Yeshua asked them, “Did what I say cause you to lose faith? What if you see the Son of Man go where he was before? Life is spiritual.” Your physical existence doesn’t contribute to that life. The words that I have spoken to you are spiritual. They are life.” But some of you don’t believe.” Yeshua knew from the beginning those who wouldn’t believe and the one who would betray him. So he added, “That is why I told you that people cannot come to me unless the Father provides the way.”

JESUS 05To break the holds and delusions each temptation of the world presents, more information and understanding is required. The Apostle Paul in 2Corinthians 2 points out the following: A believer’s triumphs are all in Yeshua. In ourselves, we are weak and have neither joy nor victory. But in Yeshua, we may rejoice and triumph. True believers have constant cause of triumph in Yeshua, for they are more than conquerors through him who hath loved them, (Romans 8:37). God causeth them to triumph in Yeshua, It is God who has given us matter for triumph, and hearts to triumph. To him, therefore, be the praise and glory of all. The excellent success of the gospel is a good reason for a Believer’s joy and rejoicing.

Paul goes on to point out in 2Corinthians 2:15-17 the gospel has two sides to it, where some will rejoice and triumph, others will hate. Reject it and go forward unto destruction. We should like Paul understand; The comfort which the apostle 52833059_2750808021626443_2977568627223429120_n (2)and his companions in labor found, even when the gospel was not successful to the salvation of some who heard it. Paul explains: “The different success of the gospel and its various effects upon several sorts of persons to whom it is preached. The victory is different; for some are saved by it, while others perish under it. Nor is this to be wondered at, considering the different effects the gospel has. For some, it is a savor 22ca7d0fb2444385671c2fb775c684224689215310208391473.jpgof death unto death. Those who are willingly ignorant, and willfully obstinate, disrelish the gospel, as men dislike an ill savor. Therefore they are blinded and hardened by it. It stirs up their corruptions and exasperates their spirits. They reject the gospel, to their ruin, even to spiritual and eternal death.
Unto others, the gospel is a savor of life unto life. To humble and gracious souls, the preaching of the word is most delightful and profitable. As it is sweeter than honey to the taste, so it is more grateful than the most precious odors to the senses, and much more profitable. For as it quickened them at first, when they were dead in trespasses and sins, so it makes them more lively and will end in eternal life.

CLOSING STATEMENT by Robert
eb6df8323fccd777dbc3900d28aa73658493852352761470993.jpgHere again, This day I give thanks for the very life which has been granted to celebrate and spiritually prosper one more day. Granted so I might reflect, search, receive and work with the Holy Spirits gifts of knowledge discernment and final understanding of how deep my commitment must be as a demonstration as I walk the path in FAITH only.
I have chosen to close, with the commentary of Matthew Henry (1662-1774) on Romans 7:8 so we might have an image of what it will take to attain the right knowledge of indwelling sin. The great advantage that he had found by the law. It was discovering: I had not known sin, but by the law, Romans 7:7. As that which is straight discovers that which is crooked, as the looking-glass shows us our natural face with all its spots and deformities, so there is no way of coming to that knowledge of sin which is necessary to repentance, and consequently to peace and pardon, but by comparing our hearts and lives with the law. Mainly he came to the knowledge of the sinfulness of lust by the law of the tenth commandment. ByTORAH 1 lust, he means sin dwelling in us, sin in its first motions and workings, the corrupt principle. This he came to know when the law said, Thou shalt not covet. The law spoke in another language than the scribes and Pharisees made it speak in; it spoke in the spiritual sense and meaning of it. By this, he knew lust was sin and a very sinful sin, that those motions and desires of the heart towards sin which never came into act were sinful, exceedingly sinful. Paul had a very quick and piercing judgment, all the advantages and improvements of education, and yet never attained the right knowledge of indwelling sin till the Spirit by the law made it known to him. There is nothing about which the natural man is blinder than about original corruption, concerning which the understanding is altogether in the dark till the Spirit by the law reveal it, and make it known.

Many I pray will find as Paul did their struggle to identify the inner sin, a kind of conflict far more profound and more mysterious than merely that of “I ought” with “I will not”; of “I hate” with “I do.” And in the later stages of a confession, we find the subject of the conflict avowing a wonderful sympathy with the Law of God. Recording not merely an avowal that right is right, but a consciousness that God’s precept is delectable.

pexels-photo-880861 (2)This brings to light the experiences of a half-regenerate soul, struggling on its way from darkness to light, stumbling across a border zone between the power of
Satan and the kingdom of God. Deeply convinced of sin, but battling with it in the old impossible way, after all, meeting self with self, or, otherwise, the devil with the man. We see it is no experience of a half-renewed life to “take delight with the law of God after the inner man.” It is unlawful for a half-regenerate soul to describe itself as so beset by sin that “it is not I, but sin that dwelleth in me.” No more dangerous form of thought about itself could be adopted by a soul not fully acquainted with God. It has been held that stern but on the whole disappointing conflict with internal evil is the lot of a true believer in his fullest life, now, always, and to the end. That the regenerate and believing man is, if indeed awake to spiritual realities, to feel at every step, “O wretched man that I am.” What I hate, that I do”, and to expect deliverance from such a consciousness only when he attains his final heavenly rest with Yeshua.
