“HATRED OR HUMILITY”

Matthew 11:28-29 “Come to me, all who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. Place my yoke over your shoulders, and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble. Then you will find rest for yourselves because my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” James 4:4 “You unfaithful people! Don’t you know that love for this evil world is hatred toward God? Whoever wants to be a friend of this world is an enemy of God.”

Here we are today busy caring for our lives, and families, enjoying all the new

technology has to offer. Is it wrong? Does it draw us away from God? When I read the opening scriptures, it brings many thoughts to mind concerning my personal walk with Yeshua as I pray it will with yours. In the last article “Under His Thumb” I related the Lord was showing, my walk was out of sorts. I had slipped back to being worldly, thinking worldly, writing worldly. He was revealing there was a desire to again be a part of its temptations in my heart. That nudge brought me to James 4:4 as a gentle reminder to know where I was headed if I continued on this path. This wakeup call opened the door to recognize “the burden,” which James was eluding to. Yeshua, also revealed what”His Yoke,” was relating to within His offering in Matthew 11: 28-29.
I hope to expose what many are experiencing as they go through their daily routine of life. I desire to share what I saw in the brief stumble I suffered recently. So others will understand there position with Yeshua. My research is revealing there is no such thing as a small issue in God’s eye’s when it comes to worshipping Him. Be careful you have not taken action of drawing God down to our level so we might worship Him according to our convenience and not His will. We will find as the research is brought forward God clearly defines what he hates when we attempt to place ourselves before his throne. God knows our heart!
OPENING PRAYER by Robert

Father in heaven, as a humble servant I place before your throne this petition to break the bonds of error from the minds of those in the darkness shrouding our world. I petition Lord, for the breaking and removal of the blinders from their eyes so they may see your truth. Lift them out of the darkness so they may realize they are journeying to the pit of eternal damnation. Father fill your flock with wisdom and determination so they might sharpen their demonstrations. Bring us spiritual strength so we might go forward as warriors in your name. All this we pray in the name of Yeshua, Amen and, Amen.
OPENING STATEMENT by Robert
How vast is our mind? How extensive is our understanding and worship of God? What standard of measure do we use to compare where our walk really is within

this journey? Whose definitions do we aspire too in order to understand what path we are journeying on? God gives us a clear definition of what it is he hates and the consequences if it is not adhered to. Deuteronomy 5:7-10 “Never have any other gods. [8] Never make your own carved idols or statues that represent any creature in the sky, on the earth, or in the water. [9] Never worship them or serve them, because I, the LORD your God, am a God who does not tolerate rivals. I punish children for their parents’ sins to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me. [10] But I show mercy to thousands of generations of those who love me and obey my commandments.” This is just one example there are many more which we should be studying for example in Matthew 6:24 “No one can serve two masters. He will hate the first master and love the second, or he will be devoted to the first and despise the second. You cannot serve God and wealth.”
The beguiling used to draw me back into the world causing my stumble, I believe c

ame about because of how I was defining God’s tolerance towards using worldly attributes to defend His laws. As well what foundation these laws were based on, whether the Old or New, recognizing the Old law as received, no longer should be applied, however, understood as a foundational tool.
In my mind, I saw no reason to question that definition which I held as appropriate. However, I forgot this scripture from Deuteronomy 12:31-32: “Never worship the Lord your God in the way they worship their gods because everything they do for their gods is disgusting to the Lord. He hates it! They even burn their sons and daughters as sacrifices to their gods. What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto nor diminish from it.”
It is here I needed to take a serious look and assessment at the foundation of my walk, the essence of how I was defining the values I believed was of the

Lord. Deuteronomy 16:22 “Never set up a sacred stone. These are things the Lord your God hates.” I was compelled to search what was meant by a “sacred stone”? Setting up an image, statute, or pillar, to the honor of God is wrong as the Lord hates it. Nothing belies or reproaches God more, or tends more to corrupt and debauch the minds of men than representing and worshipping by an image of our God, who is an infinite and eternal Spirit. What I am recognizing is the word “image,” not only applies to physical but as well to our mental images, we have of God and His Son Yeshua.
In order to fully appreciate the meaning of a “sacred stone,” we must look at the full purpose the book of Deuteronomy presents. Research is showing when we speak of a code of laws in modern days, what’s revealed is a series of statutes, carefully arranged under suitable heads, dealing

with the rights and duties of people, and providing remedies, for all possible wrongs. Then behind these laws, there is the executive power of the government, pledged to enforce them, and ready to punish any breaches. Everyone tried by them knows that the exact terms of the laws are to be pressed against him, and the thing aimed at is rigorous, literal enforcement of every detail. So being tried by such a conception, the Deuteronomic legislation looks very extraordinary and unintelligible.
In almost every respect, therefore, the Deuteronomic code differs from a modern

code, and in dealing with it we must largely dismiss the ideas which naturally occur to us when we speak of a code of laws. Our conception is not valid for these ancient codes. And we need not be surprised if we find that they will not bear being pressed home in all their details, as modern codes must be, and are meant to be. “What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto nor diminish from it.“Deuteronomy 12:32.
But granted that ordinary ancient law is not to be taken in our rigorous modern sense, yet the fact that what we are dealing with here is Divine law may seem to

some to imply that in all its details it was meant to be fulfilled to the letter. If not, then in what sense is it inspired, and how can we be justified in regarding it as Divinely given? The reply to that is, of course, simply this, that inspiration makes free use of all forms of expression which are common and permissible at the time and place at which it utters itself. From all, we know of the Divine methods of acting in the world, we have no right to suppose that in giving inspired laws God would create entirely new and different forms for Himself.
In the book of Deuteronomy, there is no perceptible order in the succession of these sections, and there has been very little attempt to group the individual precepts under related heads. In many sections, there is no mention of a penalty for disobedience, nor is there any mechanism for enforcement of the codes. What

appears is good advice, or direction for leading a righteous life, and a servant of Yahweh. The example given is “If there be with thee a poor man, one of thy brethren, within any of thy gates, in thy land which Yahweh thy God gives thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother.”
This is exampled in the New Testament “Be not wise in your own conceits,” “Render to no man evil for evil. This sets up in both cases ideal conduct which is to strive for and in no way establishes a law in either case which must be complied with. It is here I shut down my research and serious look and assessment at the foundation of my walk, and believe I have found the essence of how I was defining the values I believed was of the Lord. I pray this has been some assistance in your walk as well.

Heavenly Father I come before you as a humble servant placing before your throne

those who are seeking your truth. I plead Lord you will fill them with courage that they may be strong when the enemy brings before them his subtleties, temptations, admonitions, brutalities. These will come in the form of rebuttals, criticism, rejections, and most of all distractions. I ask Father for your intercession and strengthening that they may go through these future days with courage knowledge discernment and understanding of your promise. That not one hair on our head will be harmed if we walk in your righteousness. This I pray in the name of Yeshua Amen and Amen.

Our Lord does work in strange and mysterious ways. Taking one believer’s stumble and turning it into a warning for all to assess their relationship with His Son

Yeshua. Knowing the hearts of all, and demonstrating patient Grace, not wanting to bring destruction, before again receiving His warning for none to be complacent. By placing an example of how easy it is to be beguiled before them.
When I realized how the stumble occurred the very first thing I did was humbly bowed before Yeshua asking for forgiveness and thanking Him for bringing forward the chastisement of correction.

What I received from the Holy Spirit was a warning from 2Corinthians 12:21 I am afraid that when I come to you again my God may humble me. I may have to grieve over many who formerly led sinful lives and have not changed the way they think and act about the perversion, sexual sins, and promiscuity in which they have been involved.
In humility over the past week I have been praying for guidance in how to bring forward our Lord’s forgiveness the following is what I received in answer

2Chronicles 7:14 “However, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, search for me, and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear their prayer from heaven, forgive their sins, and heal their country.” One thing to remember a worldly definition of worshipping God won’t cut it. From the heart, sincere repentance as described here “will humble themselves, pray, search for me, and turn from their evil ways,“ He knew my heart, that’s why God put me under His Thumb because He loves me and is using me as a Humble, Obedient, Servant. I pray you hear His calling.

Remember these messages are from a humble servant being obedient unto our Lord Yeshua as a Watchman. This I pray for all. ” Our Heavenly Father brings us to the river which bringeth forth fruit so we may partake of its sustenance and be filled spiritually with nurturing wisdom, and humble dedication in service to Yeshua. “Blessings to All.”
