RBR Executive Chauffeur grew through delivering a Quality Service. I expected the following to develop and enact that service 1.) to be based on Integrity 2) provide impeccable Availability & Reliability 3) complete Personable handling of client and associates.
Without the three in place, I believe you are fooling yourself and will fall short of your long-term sustainability goals and future achievements.
With that said I desire to expand on my statement about Integrity and its importance and role as the foundation of any companies service program. There are many facets to providing service and all of them sincerely must be focused on fulfilling the client’s needs, which will encourage re-use of the service. The majority of your customers will respect you for being reliable and available when required or needed on short notice assignments. Clients appreciate the personal touch as it shows they are important to you and more importantly recognized and cared for as a person.
However, the bottom line is clients will use those standards while making their decision to use or obtain service on a dedicated basis continuously. I see this being the level of Integrity which they believe you demonstrate, in other words, “How Trust Worthy” is your company and the individuals which make it a business?
So my question, what measuring stick will clients use to measure your companies level of Integrity. Will they see it as a Symbol of Truth ( following through on promises made contractually. Showing Prosperity (having a solid financial future), Completeness (well organized) Coupled together with sincerity (knowing they personally are a part of your company as an individual and not as a monetary figure).
Now having put together a description of what I believe clients will use as a measuring stick it becomes apparent the bar will be set very high and with good reason. Any company that will aspire to maintain this level of integrity will not only succeed but will obtain a level of recognition as a top level leader in whatever industry it wants to open its doors in.
The real benefits of establishing your company on integrity are what will occur within the group starting with the Owner/ Owners, CEO, and funneling right down the chain of command to your contractors, subcontractors, and employees whether 1 or 5000. There will be a sense of belonging a recognition of attaining a level of accomplishment.
Using Integrity as the basis of any business will set it apart from others it will establish the company as being above its competition and business peers.
In case you believe a Handshake Contract isn’t binding think again as long as you have proof i.e. an invoice requiring the signature, a paper trail showing intent by both parties to honor the agreement it’s enforceable. However, let me be clear you need to know the integrity of the individual you’re about to shake hands with. As I stated in other posted articles, this is just my opinion for what it is worth it has been successful for my young company which is entering its 13th year in November 2016.
